The Villages of Devonshire
The Villages of Devonshire is situated within the gated community of Arbor Greene in New Tampa located on Cross Creek Boulevard next to Benito Middle School, and is a gated community within Arbor Greene. It is one of the Villages in the Arbor Greene of New Tampa Community Development District and consists of 37 buildings with 74 two and three bedroom "Villas"; one two-bedroom and one three-bedroom villa in each building.
The Villages of Devonshire has its own Homeowners' Association (HOA), Declaration of Covenants, Board of Directors, and Design Review Board that govern each villa and its surrounding property. A monthly assessment covers exterior repairs such as the roof cleaning, repair and replacement; exterior wall painting; and maintenance of the landscaping, grass, and lawn irrigation systems.
Although each villa may look similar, each interior has its own unique charm and beauty with large open floor plans and private lanai areas in the rear of the villa for outdoor activities and relaxation. With a two-car garage, you can also keep your car indoors for privacy and security.
