The Design Review Board (DRB) consists of Devonshire residents who are charged with the review of any and all proposed exterior changes to your property. These include, but are not limited to, screen enclosures, storm doors, windows, landscaping, irrigation, flower pots, and exterior structures of any kind.
In order to obtain approval for your project, you must complete an Application for Approval and submit it to the Design Review Board for review. A printable application form is available at the bottom of this page for your use. Design review criteria for your project is available by using the link under the Design Review Criteria heading below. Once your project is approved, you may make the approved changes to your property.
